Cinnamon is a spice obtained from the inner bark of several trees from the genus Cinnamomum that is used primarily for cooking, in both sweet and savory foods.  It adds great flavor and smell to baked goods, Asian curries and desserts. Cinnamon is unique, as it can be mixed well with varieties of ingredients, especially orange and honey.  It can be used whole, broken into small pieces (to enhance aroma and flavor), or ground (can be sprinkled into tea, coffee, hot cocoa, or any cake/dessert item). Cinnamon Ground has a light yellowish brown color and has a pleasant, sweetish taste.
