RETURN POLICY

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer refund for our spice products (including gift set orders) for online orders, unless the product is damaged during transit. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. 

For restaurants, local businesses (Los Angeles and Orange County, CA areas), or wholesale orders, we may be able to work with you for an exchange. Please contact us at: [email protected] for questions.

Please note that all gift set orders are final sale due to all items are made-to-order. We appreciate your understanding.

CLAIMS PROCEDURE

In the event that a damage occur during transit, please notify us immediately, or no later than 2 business days within receiving your order at: [email protected]. We will start your claim immediately after receiving your e-mail. Please enter your Order# and Full Name on the “Subject Field”, and if possible, please include photos of the box and contents inside the box. This will certainly help us to expedite the claim process with the shipping company. 

We will send you an e-mail confirmation once the claim process has started. During this time, we prefer that you do not discard the original packaging and its contents, as the shipping company may need to inspect it during the claim procedure. However, if this is not possible, please let us know on your e-mail so that we can notify the shipping company that the original packaging was already discarded. Generally, the claim process take anywhere from 7 to 14 business days. Rest assured, we will send you a replacement item at no additional cost as soon as you notify us regarding the damage. 

Please notify us if you have any questions and we thank you for your help throughout this process.

SPICE PACKAGING

Please note that at this time, all of our spice products, unless otherwise noted, will be packed in 1-lb Resealable Plastic Bag. Our product is carefully packaged and shipped via USPS Priority Mail. See “Wholesale Order” section below if you are interested to purchase a bulk quantity of our spices.    

SPICE STORAGE

It is best to store your spices in airtight containers, in a cool area (e.g. kitchen cabinet) and avoid direct sunlight or heat (i.e. do not keep your spices above the stove because the heat from the oven will destroy the essential oils in the spices). Using glass jars is the most ideal way to store your spices; however, using plastic containers can be as effective, as long as they are airtight.

Whole spices can generally last for several years, longer than ground spices or spices that are already mixed, such as blend. This is due to the fact that once spices are ground, their volatile oils have been released and they are already beginning to dissipate. Blends/Seasonings are spices that are (generally) already ground or mixed, so their shelf life would be similar to ground spices. Unless you go through your spices quickly (such as in restaurants), we recommend only to purchase enough spice to last in your kitchen for 1-2 years.  

All of our packaged spices and gift sets will have an expiration date sticker on the bottom part or the plastic packaging/box. This is simply a reminder that the spice(s) that you purchased would be best to be used before the listed date. Old spices will not make you sick; they just won’t accomplish their true purpose. 

GIFT SETS

Our spice gift sets (Essentials and Seasonings) are made to order, and the processing time may take anywhere from 1 to 5 business days, depending on the quantity ordered. We will do our best to process your order in a timely manner, and will notify you should there be any delay in fulfilling your order.     

Each gift set is individually placed within a shipping box and will be individually shipped to your shipping address. If you are interested to purchase a large quantity, please e-mail us at: [email protected]  

Please notify us if you need to order a gift set to be shipped to an address different from the billing address, or if you need to include a gift message (we do not charge a fee for adding this service).

Our gift sets can be ordered anytime within the year (please note the order processing time); however, when ordering for Christmas Gifts, we suggest that you place your order no later than December 17th to ensure delivery time before Christmas. Please note that the majority of shipping companies (FedEx/UPS/USPS) do not deliver on major holidays, including Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.

In the event that any of our gift sets are back ordered, you will receive an e-mail notifications immediately after receiving your order. In this case, there will be no charge on your credit card, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

We will do our best to process your spice orders within 1 to 2 business days (excluding transit time during shipping). In the event that any of the item(s) is back ordered, you will receive an e-mail notification and if available, the approximate wait time for the item to be back in stock.  

SHIPPING

We currently ship ONLY to locations within the United States via USPS Priority Mail (ground shipping), and all orders will be shipped from Anaheim, CA. Transit time ranges from 1 to 3 business days depending on your location, excluding order processing time (see above section for details).  

Please note that it is your responsibility to enter the correct shipping and billing address for your order. We are not liable for any delay or loss of package that may occur due to incorrect shipping address.

SHIPPING PRICES

We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $7.00 for our spice products to anywhere within the United Sates.

For limited time only (until 12/24/14), all gift set orders (within the United States) will receive free shipping.

Please note that currently all orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail/ground shipping only (see above section for details). If you are interested to upgrade your shipping method to an Express option (including overnight shipping), please e-mail us at: [email protected], and we will send you an invoice from PayPal for the shipping cost upgrade.

TRACKING NUMBER

We will e-mail you the USPS Priority Mail tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow 1-2 business days after your order is placed to receive this e-mail notification.

Unfortunately, we do not offer pick up or will call orders. All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

DELIVERY

WHOLESALE ORDER

ORDER SECURITY & PRIVACY POLICY

We treat your payment information with absolute security. We currently work with PayPal, offering you the options to pay with your PayPal account or any major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover). When you decide to purchase a product from our website and are ready for check out, you will be automatically directed to PayPal website and you will enter your payment/billing information securely through PayPal. We will not have access to any of your payment/billing information and you will have a peace of mind of using PayPal directly for your purchase. 

We do not sell or share any of your personal information to any third party. Your basic information (name, contact number, or e-mail address) is only used for the sole purpose of completing your purchase or contacting you regarding your current purchase.
